7. Stone Crusher Machine:

The stones that supplied to our site from Maysan Governorate (Chlat) are usually provided in boulder sizes in order to produce crushed aggregate that is perfectly crushed (crushing ratio=100%), because small size stones may pass through the stone crusher without crushing and consequently aggregate stocks may contain rounded stones which reduce the quality of our produced asphalt and concrete. Our company owns Parker Stone Crusher (British Origin) that has the ability to produce 100 m3 per hour. The produced materials are segregated to several gradations by vibration sieves. In this crushing machinery, the crushing process is done by steel hammers that should be changed every 40 hours working. Also, water can be added during the crushing process in order to keep the fine material within the produced sand size material (0-5 mm).
